Saleh leads Rethought Construction with more than a decade of experience taking projects from the field to the boardroom. He has held every major role on the job site, and has advised owners and developers on how to get the most out of their real estate at a strategic level.

That dual command, of how a building actually gets built and why it should be built that way, is what sets his work apart. He has delivered commercial, retail, industrial, and public projects from $1M to $50M, with a particular focus on repositioning buildings others had given up on.
He founded Rethought to close the gap he kept seeing on every job: great strategy undone by poor execution, and solid execution wasted on the wrong plan. The firm is built to deliver both.
