A commercial fit-out within Brooklyn's landmark Industry City complex. The challenge was to honor the building's raw industrial character, exposed structure, heavy timber, big volume, while delivering a refined, modern workplace that performs day to day.
We approached it the way we approach every project: by questioning the conventional fit-out playbook. Rather than cover the bones, we worked with them, letting the architecture do the talking and focusing budget where it changed the experience.
The result is a space that feels unmistakably of its building, but works for how people operate today.
